Q. What is a green bag?
A. A green bag is considered to be any bag that is reusable, recyclable, or biodegradable.
Q. What is a green bag made of?
A. Our green bags are made of non-woven polypropylene (NWPP), jute, canvas, and organic cotton. Please investigate further under the Products Tab on our Website for in depth information about these materials.
Q Are your green bags recyclable?
A. Yes, all the materials we use are recyclable. If your local governments don't facilitate recycling of our green bags, you can always mail them to us and we will be sure to recycle them in the proper way.
Q. What happens to the green bags after they are recycled?
A. They are often made into wood like products such as park benches and picnic tables.
Q. How many green bags will I need?
A. Usually a family of 4 will use 8 bags on a weekly basis.
Q. How do you care for the fabrics?
A. We recommend using a damp soapy cloth, then letting them air dry. They can be machine washed, but this will put extra wear on you bag. We do not recommend putting them in the dryer.
Q . How long will my green bag last?
A. Our green bags are designed to provide many years of reuse.
Q. Do you warranty your products.
A. Yes we provide a one year warranty on all of our products.
Q. Can you make me a custom designed green bag?
A. Yes! We are happy to accommodate any design ideas you might have. Our specially trained design team is waiting to assist you in designing your own custom green bag.
Q. Can I print my own message on a green bag?
A. Yes. If you have something to say, we can help.
Q. Can I put a photograph on a green bag?
A. Yes, we offer full color printing on many of our products.
Q. Can you print some artwork I have stored on my computer?
A. Yes, just send us the digital file and we can help put it on your bag.
Q. What is the best form to send my digital artwork in?
A. The best would be adobe illustrator, EPS or PDF files in vector format so we can edit them. We also accept higher resolution images( 1mp and up) in Photoshop and jpeg format. Images must be easily removable from the background to avoid any additional artwork set up fees.
Q. What is the minimum number of pieces for a custom logo bag?
A. To put your custom logo/message on a green bag will require an order of 500 pcs minimum.
Q. What is the turn around time for a custom order?
A. Our turn around time is between 6 and 8 weeks.
Q. Can I have my order expedited?
A. We offer expedited shipping options just ask for a quote.
